Valuation Analyst - Real Estate Advisory
Baker Tilly is a leading advisory, tax and assurance firm, and they are seeking a Valuation Analyst to join their Real Estate Advisory Team. The role involves assisting with the valuation and advisory of real estate and real estate entities, conducting financial analysis, and developing valuation models.ResponsibilitiesSummarize and analyze financial data including entity, portfolio and property-level financial performance and forecastsConduct economic, market and property level researchWork with a variety of templates based upon project goalsDevelop unique valuation modelsUtilize discounted cash flow, direct capitalization, sales comparison approach, and cost approach valuation methodologiesDevelop narrative and summary format reports for client deliverablesDemonstrate excellent team skills, positive attitude, and high ethical standardsA willingness to work in an often fast paced project-based environmentMaintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise, comply with continuing education requirements; participate in professional organizations, independent study, etcSkillsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
