Vacation Rental Channel Manager Expert Needed (Hostaway, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia)

We’re a boutique vacation rental resort with a total of 4 cabins, currently using Hostaway as our channel manager. We are already live on Airbnb and Google Vacation Rentals, but we want to expand our reach and ensure everything is fully optimized and working seamlessly.

We’re looking for an experienced freelancer who can:

1. Get our 4 cabins properly listed and optimized on:

- Vrbo

- Booking.com

- Expedia

2. Ensure full, clean integration with Hostaway (pricing, availability, calendars, messaging where applicable).

3. Review and troubleshoot our Google Vacation Rentals setup, as we’ve received little to no bookings from it and want to confirm:

- Setup is correct

- Listings are eligible and visible

- No errors or misconfigurations are holding us back

Our goal is maximum exposure with zero double bookings, clean automations, and a system that just works.

What We Need Help With:

- Channel setup & onboarding for 4 cabins (Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia)

- Hostaway integrations (end-to-end)

- Rate, availability & calendar sync verification

- Listing accuracy checks (content, photos, mapping, policies)

- Google Vacation Rentals audit & recommendations

- Testing + final verification that everything is working properly

Requirements:

- Proven experience with Hostaway (this is a must)

- Direct experience setting up Vrbo, Booking.com, and Expedia

- Strong understanding of vacation rental distribution & channel managers

- Ability to troubleshoot issues and explain findings clearly

- Detail-oriented and proactive (we don’t want “set it and forget it” work)
