Core Responsibilities

Help clients organize vacation plans, resort stays, cruises, tours, and other leisure travel experiences
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and travel packages through approved supplier resources
Evaluate available options and assist clients in selecting arrangements that fit their travel objectives
Review travel records, confirmations, and reservation details to maintain accuracy
Provide prompt and professional assistance regarding travel questions and service requests
Support itinerary updates, booking modifications, and travel-related follow-up
Maintain organized customer files and reservation documentation
Participate in virtual learning sessions, team updates, and professional development opportunities
