Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, or email
Answer questions about Apple hardware, software, and services
Provide troubleshooting support with empathy and efficiency
Educate users on basic product functions and features
Track issues and escalate complex cases to technical teams
Maintain accurate logs and notes within Apple’s systems
Qualifications:
No prior technical support experience required—paid training provided
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Comfortable navigating Apple products (iPhone, iPad, Mac, etc.)
Ability to multitask and manage conversations remotely
Quiet workspace and reliable internet connection
High school diploma or equivalent
