UX research program Coordinator

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive UX Research Program Coordinator to support and enhance our user research efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of our UX research program, including participant recruitment, research interview logistics, incentive processes, and the upkeep and socialization of research findings. Your contributions will help ensure that our research projects run smoothly and effectively, providing valuable insights to inform our product design and development.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participant Recruitment:
• Identify, recruit, and screen participants for various research studies.
• Maintain a database of potential and past research participants.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand target demographics and recruitment needs.
• Research Interview Logistics:
• Schedule and organize research sessions, including interviews, usability tests, and focus groups.
• Coordinate with participants to confirm attendance and provide necessary information.
• Set up and manage technical aspects of research sessions (e.g., recording equipment, software tools).
• Incentive Process Management:
• Develop and manage a streamlined process for distributing incentives to research participants.
• Track incentive distribution and ensure timely and accurate compensation.
• Monitor budget and report on incentive expenses.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Manage programs to socialize research plans, progress, and findings with stakeholders.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss research outcomes and their implications for product development.
• Research Tooling and Budget Management:
• Maintain and manage research tools, software, and equipment.
• Track and manage the budget for research activities, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Ensure that all tools and resources are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
• Report on budget usage and tool efficacy to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Sociology).
• Experience in UX research coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency with research tools and software (e.g. remote unmoderated tools, survey platforms).
• Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team.
