User Acceptance Testing Analyst - P&C Insurance/Claims

Slide is looking for a detail oriented UAT Analyst with strong Property & Casualty Insurance experience.
What you will be doing:
ā¢ Develop and execute UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements.
ā¢ Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand system functionality.
ā¢ Identify, document, and track bugs, defects, and issues found during testing.
ā¢ Validate that applications meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements.
ā¢ Facilitate UAT sessions with end users and gather feedback for system improvements.
ā¢ Coordinate and manage test environments, test data, and test execution schedules.
ā¢ Provide test status reports and communicate findings.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and best practices.
ā¢ Support post-implementation testing and assist with go-live activities.
ā¢ Perform other duties, as assigned.
What you already have:
Education, Experience, and Licensing:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field or High School diploma and relevant work experience
ā¢ 2+ years of experience as an UAT analyst or in a similar role within an Agile environment required
ā¢ 4 years of experience in Homeowner's P&C insurance industry required
ā¢ Experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter preferred
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
ā¢ Deep understanding of P&C Claims.
ā¢ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
ā¢ Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
ā¢ Effective research, problem solving, analytical, critical thinking, influencing, and relationship management skills necessary.
ā¢ Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in effectively conveying information to key stakeholders.
ā¢ Ability to work independently while effectively communicating with multiple teams.
ā¢ Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
ā¢ Desire to live Slide's Core Values.
