What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in a service-related field
Ability to manage a high volume of calls efficiently
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in registration processes
Compliance with attendance policies and departmental standards
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a healthcare-related service environment
Familiarity with patient registration and scheduling systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
