Client Summary
– Supports the U.S. Coast Guard Directives & Publications Division (CG‑IM2), the enterprise authority for directives, forms, internal controls, publication lifecycle management, and policy governance.

Job Description – Serves as the key lifecycle and compliance coordinator responsible for ensuring all Coast Guard publications meet policy, template, audit, and accessibility standards. Oversees quality assurance, final checks, audit documentation, and Sponsor coordination.

Responsibilities – - Oversee compliance for directives, forms, general messages, and all publication types.
- Perform final accessibility, grammar, formatting, and template compliance checks.
- Maintain audit portfolios with ≥95% accuracy.
- Guide Sponsors through development, templates, approvals, and concurrence processes.
- Lead lifecycle documentation and ensure internal controls are met.
- Represent contractor team in weekly scrums and update trackers.
- Document accomplishments and issues in Monthly Reports.

Qualifications – Required: 5+ years internal controls/lifecycle publishing experience; Intermediate MS Office 365, SharePoint, Adobe Pro, Power Apps proficiency; Strong English mastery; 508 remediation familiarity. Desired: Bachelor’s in IT, Policy, Admin, Library Science, Homeland Security, or English.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
