Usability Analyst

We are hiring a Usability Analyst to join our User Experience Team within the Product Division. This role is essential to maintaining and growing user engagement through research-driven design solutions. You will be the champion of intuitive, user-centered experiences, ensuring our digital products are accessible, engaging, and effective for users. Responsibilities: Conduct qualitative and quantitative usability research Develop research plans and apply the right testing methods Analyze user behavior and translate findings into actionable recommendations Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams Build and maintain usability standards and UI guidelines Create checklists, documentation, and training materials Support iterative design through prototyping and wireframes Promote consistent and intuitive user experiences across products Monitor emerging UX trends and update practices accordingly Improve information architecture and navigation flow Requirements Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and information architecture Proficiency in usability testing, wireframing, and prototyping Strong research and analytical skills with a design-thinking mindset Ability to communicate findings and design logic clearly Excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities We’re looking for someone who is: Proactive and outcome-oriented A problem-solver Has the ability to work effectively under pressure and resolve issues efficiently.
