Lead and manage the US team to ensure the successful execution of Apple's goals and objectives.
Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and passion for technology within the team.
Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and success in the US market.
Set clear and achievable performance targets for the team and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure their success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in strategies and initiatives.
Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity within the team.
