US Customer Support Rep (Remote) - 1 year contract

The goal is to support our buyers and sellers, completing auction execution and quality checks throughout the process. Your goal every day is to create new customers by giving our current customers stellar customer service so they talk about us every chance they have.
Our top agents are genuinely excited to help our customers. They're patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They can put themselves in our customers? shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
Working in a contact center is NOT for everyone, and we recognize that! The work is challenging but rewarding. Some days can be more stressful than others as your role requires your patience at times while listening to customers who have experienced upset with their service. BUT, if you persevere, you will feel rewarded in knowing you have provided quality service that truly helped someone in need.
This is a full-time position with rotating shifts - 7 days a week between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm EST. If you are NOT willing to work in this environment, this position is not for you.
This position is a remote (work from home) position that must reside in the United States and therefore you must meet the minimum IT requirements of High speed internet, minimum speed of 10-15Mbps download and 4-6Mbps upload. If you are unable to meet these requirements, unfortunately, you will not be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
? Supporting our customers via phone, email, and live chat
? Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound customer calls
? Scheduling shifts and dispatching team members, based on location, availability, skills, etc
? Regularly touching base (quarterly) with all auction team members via Regional Team Meetings for rapport
? Proactive planning so that there are zero issues with all auction tasks (eg. winter operations, site nuances, and any removing obstacles to delays for catalog being published, ability for team members to complete assigned tasks)
? Troubleshoot Tech issues
? Provide logistical support for auction teams, buyers and sellers
? Administer and maintain customer accounts
? Ensuring that all training is complete and stay up to date on all improvements to process and procedures
? Other tasks as needed
Skills and Experience:
? 2 years of proven customer support experience
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Exceptional organizational skills
? Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to meet deadlines
? Comfortable with technology; able to learn to use new programs
? Able to work independently and as part of a team
? Strong active listening skills, Ability to demonstrate empathy while building rapport
? Comfortable using Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
? High attention to detail
? Strong problem-solving skills
? High school education (College preferred)
