[Remote] Client Services - Executive

The Client Services Executive will manage client relationships, oversee creator partnerships, and ensure the smooth execution of campaigns to deliver high-quality creative output. Responsibilities Source, gather information and demographics, and vet creators across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and more Build strong relationships with creators throughout a campaign cycle and beyond, from outreach, negotiations, ECHO onboarding and contracting to creator briefing, creative concept review, content gatekeeping, content scheduling and campaign feedback loops Develop and issue creator briefs, immersing creators into the campaign, and lead day-to-day communications for content development Be the first point for review of all creator content.
