Hi! I’m a full-time Realtor in St. Petersburg and host of a TV lifestyle and real estate show called Selling Florida.

I’m looking for a talented U.S.-based social media assistant/content creator who can help organize, create, edit, and consistently post content across my platforms.

I already have strong raw content including luxury listings, waterfront homes, community videos, lifestyle clips, TV footage, and personal brand content. I need someone who can turn that into visibility, growth, and engagement.

What I Need Help With:

✅ Create engaging Reels from raw videos/photos

✅ Add hooks, captions, transitions, music, and branding

✅ Post consistently to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok

✅ Repurpose one video into multiple pieces of content

✅ Help grow my local real estate brand

✅ Suggest trends, content ideas, and creative angles

✅ Organize a weekly content calendar
