Experienced Manager – Finance Transformation
Job Description:
• Oversee full-scale consulting engagements and multiple concurrent workstreams
• Drive strategic direction for complex client initiatives; develop innovative service offerings and methodologies
• Lead risk management and mitigation across projects
• Independently develop and execute strategic vision for complex client initiatives
• Drive holistic solution delivery alongside client leadership teams
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable workstreams; ensure seamless integration across multiple project components
• Lead complex stakeholder management and alignment; design and implement transformation roadmaps; identify opportunities for digital transformation within projects
• Establish and maintain high delivery standards across projects; drive methodology improvements, ensure consistent delivery excellence, lead knowledge management initiatives, develop best practices and tools
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships, lead strategic discussions with C-suite stakeholders; serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership
• Lead development of service offerings; drive thought leadership initiatives
• Drive practice revenue growth; pursue new business opportunities; lead major proposal development efforts; build and manage key account relationships
• Lead project teams; mentor and develop future practice leaders and high-performing talent; guide career progression of Managers and Senior Associates; create leadership development opportunities
• Foster innovative and collaborative team culture; create collaborative learning environments; build strong peer networks across practice areas
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree (preferred in Business, Engineering, Economics, Organizational Development, or related field)
• SOX experience is required
• Preferred 8-12 years of professional consulting and/or business development; preferred PMP or Change Management certification (PROSCI, CCMP), Agile
• Proven track record of successful client relations at executive levels
• Distinguished team leadership and development achievements
• Extensive project and/or change management experience leading large-scale initiatives
• Advanced strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Recognized expertise in specific industries or functional areas; preferred publications or speaking experience in area of expertise
• Demonstrated business development success
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present in a manner that is concise and engaging
• Highly motivated and results oriented
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, strategic environment
• High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities
• Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
• Available to travel 25% to 35% within the United States.
