PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the purchase and maintenance of curricular materials including the processing of payments, barcoding, sorting and distribution, and coordination with vendors Manage professional development data in a digital platform including registration, attendance, enrollment, users, and evaluations Maintain all records, including multiple digital inventories Maintain accurate budget spreadsheets for the department Assist in the coordination of assessment materials Assist in the coordination of summer school programming Manage on and off-site conferences or meetings (registration, payments and contracts, coordination with guest presenters, room and board arrangements, transportation needs, room usage, food requests, facility set up, needed materials) Coordinate efforts with the Lake County Regional Office of Education Prepare correspondence and communicate with stakeholders around department projects Assist in general operations of the department including welcoming visitors, placing and receiving telephone calls, and performing special assignments Collaborate with the district clerk to complete inventory tasks Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrates strong technology skills, including knowledge of Google suite Demonstrates initiative and problem solving skills Demonstrates professionalism and integrity Demonstrates strong project management skills Works effectively and productively as a member of a team Committed to continuous improvement Minimum of two years experience in a similar position or environment preferred High School Diploma or equivalent EVALUATION: Annually by Assistant Superintendents of Teaching and Learning, and the Department of Innovation Terms/Hours: 12 month position; 8 hours per day Salary: Based upon expierence Application Procedure: Online application process Powered by Aspex Solutions - AppliTrack, Applicant Tracking for Educators.
