Your Mission
Establish and maintain efficient financial operations while supporting our startup's growth.You will be helping us manage our books, optimize financial processes, and provide strategic insights for our scaling journey.
Key Responsibilities
รย Financial Operations: Manage weekly bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
รย Subscription Management: Oversee subscription billing and revenue recognition
รย Capital Raise Support: Maintain financial documentation for investors
รย Financial Control: Implement and maintain internal controls and financial processes
รย Monthly Reporting: Prepare key financial statements and management reports
You're Our Ideal Candidate If You Have
รย Strong experience with startup financials and high-growth environments
รย Expert knowledge of subscription-based business models
รย Track record of supporting capital raises
รย Ability to work efficiently and autonomously within limited hours
รย Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Essential Experience
รย 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in tech startups
รย Experience with subscription revenue management
รย Background in financial controlling or similar role
รย Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks)
รย Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
Time Commitment & Structure
รย 1 day per week
รย Flexible scheduling with core deliverables around month-end
