The role involves defining product vision and strategy, translating market needs into product priorities, and collaborating across various teams to ensure product success.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a clear product vision and multi year roadmap aligned with market needs, regulatory requirements, and company strategyTranslate customer feedback, usage data, and competitive insights into clear product priorities, business cases, and investment decisionsEnsure the platform delivers measurable customer value while meeting security, performance, scalability, and regulatory expectationsPartner cross functionally with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to align product direction with executionInfluence architectural and technical decisions to support long term product sustainability, extensibility, and operational excellenceDrive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention through well designed, outcome focused product solutionsLeverage modern analytics and AI tools to accelerate product discovery, research, and documentation while maintaining strong product judgmentSkills5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B or enterprise software environmentsProven ability to define product value and priorities, deciding what to build and in what order to achieve business outcomesStrong business and market acumen, with the ability to understand customer needs, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapeDemonstrated experience using customer feedback, product data, and market inputs to inform roadmap and prioritization decisionsPractical fluency with modern AI tools as an assistive capability for discovery, analysis, and documentationStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority and clearly articulate trade offs and prioritiesAbility to navigate complexity, risk, and dependencies in regulated, high volume, enterprise environmentsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field. Experience in utilities, telecommunications, or other regulated industries is an assetCandidates must hold a current, valid passport and be legally eligible to travel internationally.
