Position at a Glance: Start Date: Immediate openings available Company: Workwarp Location: Remote Position: Part-Time Safety Coordinator Compensation: A competitive salary and benefits package Key Responsibilities: As a Part-Time Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Safety Manager and assisting with various safety-related tasks. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Assisting the Safety Manager in executing workplace health and safety plans in accordance with company policy and federal, state, and local regulations Updating and maintaining the safety manual, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety resources Assisting with site incident notifications and case management Utilizing digital tools and platforms to facilitate communication and document sharing Providing administrative support with Help Scout (safety communications) and the safety management software Organizing and maintaining the digital filing system through SharePoint, internal drives, etc. Auditing data within the safety management system to ensure accurate reporting Managing special projects as needed Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a high-volume business environment Previous experience working in an administrative, safety, or similar role High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organize tasks, and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe software Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision Preferred Qualifications: OSHA knowledge and understanding of safety practices What We Offer: At Workwarp, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including: A competitive salary Opportunities for career growth and professional development A comprehensive benefits package A flexible and remote work environment The chance to work with a dynamic and supportive team Our Company Culture: At Workwarp, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
