Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
What You Will Do
As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.
Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:
ΓΒ Efficient order entry and follow-up
ΓΒ Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies
ΓΒ Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input
ΓΒ Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
ΓΒ Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
What You Will Bring
ΓΒ High School graduate or equivalent
ΓΒ Current national/state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registration
ΓΒ Strong computer skills
ΓΒ Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
ΓΒ Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
ΓΒ Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred
ΓΒ Framework experience is preferred
