Job Description

• Provide accurate information about Southwest Airlines’ services, policies, and procedures
• Assist customers with booking, changing, or canceling reservations
• Handle payment transactions and issue refunds as necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues
