Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop our clinical pharmacy services in Oklahoma. As a key member of the Aeetna Better Wellness of Oklahoma team, you will play a critical role in shaping our clinical pharmacy strategy and ensuring the delivery of evidence-based medication management. This position requires a licensed pharmacist in Oklahoma and involves representing Aeetna at state-level meetings.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the clinical pharmacy function, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Build and mentor a high-performing team through training, coaching, and professional development.
Achieve financial goals aligned with organizational targets.
Champion clinical pharmacy initiatives and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve clinical workflows and systems.
Develop and manage the clinical pharmacy budget.
Participate in and influence clinical pharmacy development activities.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications:

Must reside in Oklahoma, preferably in the Oklahoma City area.
Current, unrestricted Oklahoma pharmacy license required.
Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel within Oklahoma up to 15% of the time.
