 Hire reliable cleaning staff.
 Find a customer service specialist to handle guest inquiries and bookings.
3. Interior Setup:
 Source and purchase furniture, appliances, and decor.
 Coordinate delivery and installation to create a guest-ready space.
4. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with local vendors and contractors.
5. Platform Optimization:
 Set up Airbnb property listings with high-quality photos and compelling descriptions.
 Optimize pricing and calendar availability for maximum bookings.
6. Quality Assurance: Inspect properties to ensure all standards are met before launch.
7. Ongoing Support: Provide recommendations for improving operations and guest experience.
Requirements:
 Proven experience in Airbnb property setup or similar project management roles.
