Strong knowledge of Java, PL/SQL, and Oracle ADF.
Experience in integrating Oracle IPM with other Oracle applications (e.g., Oracle SOA Suite).
Ability to translate business processes into functional and technical specifications.
Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.
Preferred:
Oracle certifications in IPM or related technologies.
Experience in Oracle Cloud solutions.
