This remote position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our mission of excellence in logistics and package delivery. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for efficiently managing large volumes of information and maintaining our database systems.
Requirements
– Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
– Excellent typing speed and accuracy
– Strong attention to detail
– Proficiency in MS Office and data entry software
– Good command of English both oral and written
– High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
Responsibilities
– Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
– Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
– Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking the output
– Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
– Applying data program techniques and procedures
– Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
– Scanning documents and printing files when needed
– Keeping information confidential in accordance with security policies
