UPS is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position offers flexible hours, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.

  • Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.

  • Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

  • Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies.

  • Meet set targets for data entry volumes and deadlines.


Requirements:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in data entry or administrative work is a plus.

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a remote setting.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or similar software.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

  • Must be a U.S. resident and eligible to work in the United States.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience working in logistics or e-commerce is a plus.

  • Familiarity with UPS systems or platforms is beneficial.


Compensation:



  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
