Key Responsibilities:
Enter and verify data with a high level of accuracy.
Maintain and update customer information, shipping details, and other records.
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or clarify information.
Follow company policies to ensure confidentiality and data security.
Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in using computers, including typing and basic software skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Excellent communication skills.
Prior data entry or administrative experience is a plus but not required – we provide training!
Requirements:
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Computer or laptop meeting basic technical requirements (provided upon hiring).
Must be 18 years or older.
Availability to work flexible hours.
