- Meet quality and performance metrics for customer service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customer support or a call center environment is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- High-speed internet and a distraction-free home workspace
- Flexible availability (weekends or evenings may be required)
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $21–$26/hour
- Overtime and weekend differentials available
