Job Description SummaryMedication safety & automation represents a strategic growth area for BD. Our Project Managers are responsible for successfully managing, coordinating and documenting BD upgrade software and hardware projects for hospital and pharmacy environments all over Europe. Our ideal candidate will work closely with project stakeholders to ensure smooth communication between all relevant parties. Apart from agile project management including customized project plans, meetings remotely/onsite, resource planning/alignment, and multiple projects in parallel, the person will also report and forecast the progress to the management board.Job DescriptionMain responsibilities will include:Active/Agile project management for multiple software/hardware upgrades in the hospital areaProject planning considering national and international customer requirementsEnsuring smooth and on-time implementation to meet revenue commitmentsProject controlling as well as reporting and forecasting to BD managementPoint of contact for customers and interface between all BD and customer collaboratorsCoordinating and leading internal alignment meetings and remote appointments at the customerClose collaboration with commercial teams, support, and development teamsAbility to work flexibly outside of regular office hours (any overtime or weekend exceptions will be properly compensated)About youAcademic degree in IT, Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.Proven experience managing complex software/hardware projects in healthcare (hospital environment) especially BD Pyxis system.Fluent English.Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.Salary range for this role 45000€ - 65000€Click on apply if this sounds like you!We are the makers of possibleBD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world.
