Product Specific Analysis: Channel profitability analysis SKU’s dilutive to portfolio margin Contribution margin by product line / brand Identification of “long tail” SKU’s (low volume, low margin) Lifecycle Optimization – duplications in formulations or packaging Volume vs price vs mix decomposition Where are we over-assorted relative to demand?
