UI/UX Designer
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a mid-level UI/UX Designer to support both our product experience and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who’s confident executing end-to-end designs, enjoys collaborating across teams, and can balance usability, aesthetics, and business goals.
You’ll work on core product flows while also contributing to marketing assets that drive engagement and growth across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
Product DesignDesign and iterate on user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applicationsCreate wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs based on product requirementsAbility to clearly articulate design decisions, backed by evidence-based rationale and strong storytelling.Experience working with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation from concept through release.Highly skilled in prototyping to communicate ideas, validate assumptions, and iterate quickly throughout the design process.Contribute to and help maintain design systems and UI standards
Marketing & Brand Design
Design marketing assets such as landing pages, website updates, email templates, and in-app promotional contentWork with marketing to support campaigns, product launches, and growth initiativesEnsure visual consistency and brand alignment across product and marketing surfacesOptimize designs for clarity, engagement, and conversionFamiliarity with traditional design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Experience with micro-animations and motion design is a plus. (Jitter, Adobe After Effects, Lottie)
Required Skills & Qualifications:2–4 years of experience as a UI/UX, Product, or Digital DesignerStrong portfolio demonstrating both product design and marketing/visual design workExperience in SaaS or technology-driven productsComfortable designing responsive, cross-platform experiences for desktop and mobile, balancing shared components with platform-specific UX patterns.Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with strong visual design craft and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging tools.Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability best practicesAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Core Data, Firebase, Retrofit, and/or Alamofire.Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for business-centric applications.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment.Experience working in an Agile development environmentNice to Have Qualifications:Experience working with design systemsFamiliarity with basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS)Experience with A/B testing or conversion optimization
