Overview We are looking for a UAE-based legal advisor to draft Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) governed by UAE law for consultants, advisors, and counterparties. The initial scope of work is limited to creating NDA templates executed via DocuSign, with the intention to retain the advisor for ongoing legal consultation on UAE laws during feasibility studies for potential business acquisitions and startups.
