About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and providing customized solutions tailored to their vision. This outside sales role involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath remodeling solutions. Your Responsibilities Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system Design personalized bath solutions using company software Present pricing and confidently close sales Participate in weekly sales training to continuously improve performance Build strong relationships with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience What We’re Looking For Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Experience in in-home or outside sales preferred Willingness to train motivated individuals with strong potential Background in home remodeling is a plus Reliable transportation and ability to work locally in the Anaheim area Confidence presenting and speaking with homeowners Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Professional and outgoing personality Compensation This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential .
