This role focuses on providing comprehensive estate planning and trust administration services to high-net-worth clients, ensuring that their financial and personal interests are protected and effectively managed.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert legal advice on estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and other related documents.Administer trusts and estates, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Guide clients through the probate process, offering support and advice to navigate legal complexities.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and trust.Collaborate with financial advisors and other professionals to create cohesive estate plans that meet clients' needs.Stay updated on legal developments and trends in trust and estate law to provide the best service to clients.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active member of the California Bar Association.3+ years of experience in trust and estate planning, trust administration, and probate administration.Demonstrated ability to work with high-net-worth clients and address their unique needs.Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.BenefitsHealth Insurance401K w/ matchingPTO/VacationPerformance BonusesLife InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceFlexible remote working options
