Treasury System Analyst, NA

Vantage Data Centers powers and connects the technology of major hyperscalers and cloud providers. They are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury System Analyst to assist with daily operations and optimize their Treasury Management System while collaborating with various finance teams.ResponsibilitiesLeverage proficiency in the Kyriba Treasury Management System (TMS) to perform daily cash positioning and execute transaction workflowsSupport the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and bank connectivity channelsCollaborate with Procurement, AP, AR, and business partners to analyze and improve vendor payment terms to enhance working capital efficiencyOversee Vantage’s investment program and track compliance against Vantage’s internal investment policyPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to management for cash positions, performance, and transaction historyDevelop KPIs and improvements to liquidity, cash, investment, and payment management with the Senior Treasury Manager, NATrack and manage new account openings, product implementations, and project requests with Vantage’s banking partnersInput payment information for wire transfers, ACH payments, and bank payment templatesManage bank positive pay and perform callbacks to verify payment instructions in conjunction with Vantage’s fraud controlsResearch and resolve payment questions from the Accounts Payable, Cash Accounting, and Accounts Receivable teamsMaintain and develop schedules related to upcoming payments, loans, and letters of creditFacilitate effective risk management as it relates to KYC/AML and ISDA Compliance for North America and be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of accounts at each financial institution during the annual KYC refresh periodAssist with preparing and routing signature packets for wet or electronic signaturesObtain and perform initial review of transactional closing document-sets post-closing and update our records accordinglyAdditional duties as assigned from time to time by ManagementSkills1-3 years of professional experience in accounting, bank operations, or treasuryDemonstrates a high degree of attention to detail and an ability to complete work accurately and in a timely mannerStrong written and verbal skillsAbility to handle fast paced mission critical transaction executionImpeccable integrity, credibility, character and ethicsTravel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolvesExperience working with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba is preferred)Real Estate and Data Center Experience, preferredExperience with bank liquidity management, transaction processing, and KYC requirements, preferredBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageLife and AD&DShort and long-term disability coveragePaid time offEmployee assistanceParticipation in a 401k program that includes company matchMany other additional voluntary benefitsCompany OverviewVantage Data Centers designs and develops data center campuses to large cloud providers, AI enterprises, and other tech-driven businesses.
