They are seeking a Customer Service Associate Specialist to handle incoming calls from patients, manage the resolution of phone calls, and perform customer service duties focused on the revenue cycle.ResponsibilitiesAnswering patient questions regarding statementsPosting guarantor paymentsSetting up payment plans within our policiesResearching and resolving issues with accounts that have been identified by patientsReaching out to appropriate departments to resolve any requests made by patients connecting patients with financial counseling department for charity screeningCommunicating patient balancesMeeting collection goals as set by department, and providing excellent customer service for all of our patientsMust have knowledge of all areas of the Revenue Cycle.
