We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloydâs, Europe and North America.
As part of our growing US Treasury function, we are looking for a Treasury Operations Analyst to support day-to-day cash operations and claims-related financial processes.
This is a hands-on role offering strong exposure to Treasury, Claims, and Finance, with the opportunity to build experience across cash management, financial controls, and insurance-specific processes.Key Responsibilities
â˘Support daily cash management, liquidity monitoring, and payment processing (wires, checks, FX)
â˘Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
â˘Support claims-related financial activities, including loss funds, payments, and reporting
â˘Assist with reinsurance trust account administration and compliance requirements
â˘Process accounts payable transactions and maintain payment records
â˘Support regulatory reporting, audits, and internal controls
â˘Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and system enhancements
â˘Maintain records such as check registers and support uncashed check operational processes to escheatment.Skills Knowledge and Expertise
â˘Located on East Coast
â˘3â5 yearsâ experience in treasury, finance, accounting or insurance operations
â˘Experience with cash management, payments, or reconciliations
â˘Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
â˘Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
â˘Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
â˘Proficiency in Excel and MS Office tools
â˘Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
