Treasury Analyst Collateral and Operations
## Your mission will be:
OTC Trading Operations:
Pre-trade checks on adequate wallet balances / post-trade settlement facility
Managing the trade confirmation process for Money Market Instruments, customer OTC trades and corporate OTC trades
Ensuring that Money Market and OTC trades are settled
Managing late settlements and trade defaults
Managing post-trade settlement during settlement windows, including drawing down on treasury working capital where required due to offset settlements
Monitoring and actions based on customer margin ratios:
Collateral calls
Triggering deleveraging trades
Triggering position close-outs
Action and follow up on the following
Reporting and escalation
Daily reporting on collateral actions, confirmations and settlements
Escalation of any incidents to the Head of Treasury Risk and Trading
## A little about you:
3-5 years of work experience within a financial markets trading environment in either a trade operations or collateral management role (both would be beneficial)
2+ years of work experience in a post trade settlement environment (FX or Crypto)
Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline.
An advanced degree or professional qualification (CFA, CAIA, MBA) in a related field is beneficial.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic trading environment.
Compliance with regulatory standards and a commitment to ethical trading practices.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in trade execution and documentation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a strong team player.
