They are seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst (Oracle - O2C) to optimize Order to Cash processes and collaborate with various teams to implement effective solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure and deliver initiatives for Order to Cash processes (Order Management, Subscriptions Management, Shipping, Accounts Receivable, Revenue Management, etc.) to meet business objectivesEngage with business stakeholders to understand business processes, gather requirements, and translate complex business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specificationsIdentify opportunities for process automation, efficiency gains, and best practice adoption within the Order to Cash cycle including those related to automated revenue recognition and revenue event processingCollaborate with cross-functional and cross-application teams to implement new initiatives effectivelyDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are free of defects.
