Travel Telemetry Nurse (RN) in High Point, NC

ā¢ Monitor and assess patients requiring telemetry, ensuring timely recognition of cardiac arrhythmias and other critical changes
ā¢ Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and physician orders
ā¢ Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
ā¢ Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment options
ā¢ Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation to support patient care continuity
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
ā¢ Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
ā¢ Proven experience in telemetry nursing or cardiac monitoring
ā¢ Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
ā¢ Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical settings
ā¢ Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
