Travel Pharmacist Inpatient/ER & Outpatient (Two Openings) Peridot, AZ
We are seeking two licensed Pharmacists for a 13+ week travel assignment in Peridot, Arizonaone inpatient/ER role and one outpatient/clinic role. This is a federally affiliated tribal health system, so any active U.S. pharmacist license is accepted. Travel and housing assistance available. Schedule : Four 10-hour shifts per week; variable days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. Responsibilities : Provide clinical pharmacy services in inpatient/ER or outpatient/clinic settings Dispense and verify medications, counsel patients, and collaborate with providers Manage inventory and support quality assurance initiatives Work with ScriptPro SP200 automation and RPMS EHR (transitioning to a new system) Requirements : Active U.S. pharmacist license (Arizona license not required) 5+ years of pharmacist experience, including 2+ in a leadership/supervisory role BLS required within 30 days; ACLS & PALS required for inpatient/ER role (PALS may be obtained onsite) PharmD preferred; PGY1 residency a plus Why Apply : Federal facility: any-state licensure accepted Travel, housing, and mileage stipends available Unique opportunity to serve a tribal community and expand clinical skills Four-day workweek with long weekends to explore the Southwest For more information about this position and other opportunities with RPh on the Go, please contact Stacey DiConsiglio.
