? State License Compact licenses are allowed. License must be in hand at time of application.
? Certifications BLS
? Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years.
? Skills Assessment MES skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
? References 1 Charge RN reference within the last 3 years. 1 Supervisor reference within the last 1 year.
? Additional Skill Med Surg Experience.
? Additional Confirmations I have not requested more than one holiday off during my assignment.
? Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent employee of the health system in the past year.
? Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in hospital med surg units.
? Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical & religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
? Travel Contract Local contracts within 75.0 miles not accepted.
