Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring LPNs with previous OASIS experience for home health contracts in Lawrence, Massachusetts, and the surrounding areas. Whether its here at home or traveling across the country, we want to connect with you to help you fuel miracles.
Home Health Nurse Contract Details:
$1,540 $1,713 per week*
13-week contract
SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with Medicare Certified Agency

Requirements:
Medicare Certified Agency Experience
Electronic Charting experience
Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
Current Massachusetts Nursing License
Valid U.S. Drivers License
