Travel Customer Success Coordinator

Position Summary

We're currently expanding our remote team and are seeking motivated, detail-focused individuals to join us as Travel Customer Success Coordinator. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to help bring their travel plans to lifeensuring every detail is organized, accurate, and aligned with their expectations.

You'll serve as a key support resource throughout the planning process, helping clients navigate options, finalize arrangements, and stay informed every step of the way. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy combining organization, communication, and problem-solving in a flexible work-from-home environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand travel goals, preferences, and budgets

Design and organize customized travel plans based on client needs

Assist with booking and coordinating flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities

Serve as a consistent point of contact, providing updates and support before and during travel

Prepare and maintain travel documents such as itineraries and confirmations

Address questions, changes, or unexpected issues in a timely and professional manner

Keep accurate records of client interactions and trip details

Participate in training sessions and team development activities
