[Remote] Business Development Representative USA

They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and set up meetings for the VP of Sales, thereby playing a crucial role in pipeline development and revenue growth. Responsibilities Identify and research target accounts within key industries Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for the VP of Sales Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within CRM Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and targeting Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and meeting-setting targets Skills 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or a customer-facing role Proven ability to meet activity or quota-based targets Strong written and verbal communication skills High energy, competitive mindset, proactive and resilient Strong organizational and time management skills Desire to grow into an Account Executive role US based with work hours aligned with Eastern time zone Willingness to travel (less than 20%) Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred Benefits Health benefits Paid Time Off: three weeks of vacation, two personal days, and unlimited sick time Flexible Work Environment: Remote role with opportunities for career growth 401(k) Supportive and performance-driven team culture Company Overview WoodWing Software develops multi-channel publishing software solutions.
