About This Position

We are currently adding new team members to our remote travel support division and are seeking individuals who enjoy assisting customers and helping coordinate memorable travel experiences. As a Travel Care & Support Specialist, you will provide planning assistance, booking support, and customer care while helping clients navigate the travel process smoothly and efficiently.

This role is ideal for motivated individuals who are comfortable working remotely, enjoy problem-solving, and can manage details in a professional and organized manner. Previous experience in the travel industry is not required, as training and support are available.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance to clients with travel planning and reservation coordination
Research destinations, resorts, transportation options, cruises, and vacation packages using company-approved resources
Review booking details carefully to help ensure all travel information is accurate
Offer guidance and recommendations tailored to client preferences and travel budgets
Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms in a professional manner
Handle itinerary updates, schedule adjustments, and customer support requests
Maintain organized records, booking information, and client files
Complete ongoing training sessions and participate in virtual team meetings
