Zoho Consultant

This is a remote position. In this consulting role you will interface directly with clients to solve practical business challenges, through Zoho system implementation and support. This role allows you to work independently to ensure client success. You'll be supported by our in-house development team to deliver system improvements to support the project. Primary Duties • Manage client engagements with Zoho training, implementation and custom development • Managing client expectations and setting goals • Manage client communications effectively and on time. • Ensure client success via training and walkthroughs • Implement solutions across various Zoho One applications • Effectively delegate tasks to Zenatta's development team • Contribute to company goals and objectives, including but not limited to: • Content creation • Community engagement • Internal meetings Key Qualifications • MUST LIVE IN North America • Understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Order Management processes and best practices • Experience implementing/administrating CRM systems • Background in providing business solutions in low-code platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, PowerApps) • Strong understanding of REST API • Experience managing organizational change efforts • Skilled in Zoho Deluge scripting language • Knowledgeable in key Zoho applications: CRM, Desk, Campaigns, Books (preferred) • Self-starter with robust communication skills About Zenatta Zenatta Consulting is the top US Premium Partner for Zoho consulting and development services.
