Travel Agent (Remote)

Responsibilities:
Assist clients in making travel reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and vacation packagesProvide excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chatEnsure accuracy in booking details and manage changes or cancellations as neededMaintain knowledge of travel industry trends and best practicesCollaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction
