Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with procurement, production, and distribution teams to forecast demand, monitor inventory levels, and ensure timely replenishment

Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance to ensure consistent quality and on-time delivery
Analyze data and key performance indicators to assess supply chain performance and develop actionable insights for optimization

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of progressively increasing responsibilities
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, demand planning software, and other relevant tools and technologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges
Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for motivating and guiding teams toward common goals
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
