Paid Media Analyst

O Positiv Health is a Los Angeles-based women’s health company focused on supporting women through various life stages. The Paid Media Analyst will be responsible for scaling social media marketing channels, optimizing campaign performance, and managing the execution of performance marketing plans. Responsibilities Build new and optimize existing campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other paid channels Test campaign structure, creative, and data-driven campaign strategies to continuously improve and refine performance Manage log of all important media decisions Communicate accurate and timely daily results to leadership Identify trends and insights to track, monitor, and optimize performance against key KPIs Troubleshoot and solving technical issues including feed management and data tracking Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance Remain up to date on industry best practices and new developments Skills 0-2 years experience in Paid Media, managing a high volume of campaigns Data-driven with strong Excel, analytical skills, and proficiency with Google Analytics required Budgetary experience including proven optimization for strong ROI required Bachelor's Degree Strong leadership & communication skills: listen, mentor, and teach by example Ability to manage multiple moving pieces Strong time management and prioritization skills Adaptable to new social platforms and advertising technologies Thoughtful and self-reflective, willingness to learn Team-player, hard-working, organized, and goal-oriented Excitement for startups and building from the ground up Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis Experience in a Direct Response Paid Media CPG Brand whose majority of revenue comes from eCommerce preferred Startup and/or e-commerce experience is a plus Passion for e-commerce, consumer retail and/or digital marketing is a plus Benefits Flexible PTO, Sick Days, and Wellness Days Monthly Social Hours Medical, Vision, and Dental Coverage 401K with matching $50/month Fitness Reimbursement + Up to $1,800 in annual wellness benefits An environment of collaboration, high performance, & respect amongst all employees and managers Company Overview O Positiv Health is about feeling your best.
