Responsibilities

The Training Specialist-PTNE conducts training classes for Norton Healthcare employees and assists in creating, updating, and evaluating course materials, which may include print and/or various electronic delivery methods. This role is also responsible for maintaining classroom materials and recording classroom attendance in the Learning Management System (LMS).

Qualifications

Required:
• With associate degree one year instructional design and curriculum delivery
• Without associate degree three years instructional design and curriculum delivery

Desired:
• With Bachelor degree one year instructional design and curriculum delivery in clinical setting
• Without Bachelor degree three years instructional design and curriculum delivery in clinical setting
